\nSalary: £31,500 - £35,000. Pro rota, depending on experience.

\nPurpose of the Role
\nPure Physiotherapy is excited to welcome passionate Physiotherapists to our team during a period of significant growth, driven by our reputation for delivering exceptional care across all MSK pathways. This role offers a rewarding clinical career with structured development opportunities.
\nThis position is ideal for clinicians of all levels who want to grow beyond their clinical practice. As part of your development, you will gain exposure to a mixed clinical caseload. This includes:\n\n\t- Manage a caseload of MSK patients delivering assessment and treatment sessions
\n\t- Work to deliver personalised, evidence based treatment plans
\n\t- Maintain high quality clinical documentation (HCPC compliant)
\n\t- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients
\n\t- Use SMART goals and outcome measures to track progress
\n\t- Apply a holistic, biopsychosocial approach to care
\n\t- Engage in ongoing CPD and professional development
\n\t- Access to leadership development resources and structured progression planning
\n\t- Your progression will be guided, transparent, and aligned with your career goals.

\nQualifications and Experience
\nEssential\n\n\n\t- Degree in Physiotherapy
\n\t- 1 year Post Graduate MSK experience
\n\t- HCPC registration
\n\t- UK Driving Licence
\n
\nSkills\n\n\n\t- Excellent verbal and written communication.
\n\t- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
\n\t- Confident IT skills, including word processing.
\n\t- Effective analytical and problem solving capabilities.
\n
\nQualities\n\n\n\t- Self motivated and committed to continuous improvement.
\n\t- Empathetic and patient centred.
\n\t- Quality driven with high clinical standards.
\n\t- Confident in decision making and comfortable seeking support when needed.
