\nAbout the Role
\n
\nWe are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing people, driving performance, and delivering high-quality training across multiple business areas.
\n
\nAs a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering and designing both technical and non-technical training programmes, supporting new starters through their learning journey, and enhancing the skills of existing colleagues. You will use a variety of learning methods including classroom-based learning, virtual training, coaching, and side-by-side support to ensure all team members reach competency and achieve success.
\nYou will act as a key point of contact for learning and development, providing guidance, support, and innovative training solutions that contribute to both individual and business performance.
\n
\nKey Responsibilities\n\n\t- Deliver engaging induction programmes for all new starters, including Day One company inductions.
\n\t- Facilitate training across multiple business units using a blended learning approach.
\n\t- Deliver departmental, operational, technical, and soft skills training.
\n\t- Support employees to develop their knowledge, skills, and confidence through coaching and mentoring.
\n\t- Design and create innovative training materials and learning solutions.
\n\t- Monitor and track learner progress, measuring speed to competence and training effectiveness.
\n\t- Work closely with Quality, Operations, and Learning & Development teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing development.
\n\t- Challenge existing training methods and recommend improvements and new approaches.
\n\t- Complete all training administration accurately, including probation documentation and learner records.
\n\t- Support operational projects and initiatives as required.
\n\t- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business.

\nWhat We're Looking For
\nKnowledge & Experience\n\n\n\t- Strong understanding of operational processes and systems.
\n\t- Experience working towards and achieving departmental KPIs.
\n\t- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
\n\t- Ability to identify learning and development needs and implement effective solutions.
\n\t- Demonstrable experience providing on-the-job coaching and support.
\n\t- Confidence adapting training styles to suit different learning needs and audiences.
\n\t- Experience within a fast-paced customer service, contact centre, operational, or business support environment is advantageous.
\n
