\nHours: upto 40 hours. Full time and part time optional.

\nWe are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced and passionate Learning & Development professional to join the group as our L&D Lead (Non-Clinical). This role will play a key part in shaping the learning culture across Pure Unity Health Group, supporting colleagues to develop, grow, and reach their full potential.
\n
\nAbout the Role
\nAs the L&D Lead, you will take ownership of all non-clinical learning and development activity across the group. Working closely with department leaders, HR, Quality & Governance, and the wider L&D team, you will drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, leadership capability, compliance, and career progression.
\n
\nKey Responsibilities\n\n\t- Lead and deliver the non-clinical Learning & Development strategy across the group.
\n\t- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
\n\t- Manage and develop learning content through our Learning Management System (LMS).
\n\t- Support leadership and management development programmes.
\n\t- Identify skills gaps and create effective learning solutions.
\n\t- Oversee non-clinical training budgets and external learning approvals.
\n\t- Monitor mandatory training compliance and provide reporting to senior leaders.
\n\t- Partner with departmental leaders to improve employee engagement, retention, and development opportunities.
\n\t- Measure and demonstrate the impact and effectiveness of learning initiatives.

\n About You
\nWe're looking for someone who:\n\n\n\t- Has experience in learning and development, training delivery, or talent development.
\n\t- Has experience creating engaging learning content and managing LMS platforms.
\n\t- Is confident influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
\n\t- Has strong organisational and project management skills.
\n\t- Is passionate about helping others learn, develop, and succeed.
\n\t- Brings creativity, innovation, and a positive approach to learning and employee development.
